Legal & Practical

How high are the operating costs?
After the one-time installation, operating costs amount to approx. €4–7 per flight hour. Compared to traditional security services (from €25/hr), the system often pays for itself in less than 12 months.
Does the system also work at night?
Yes. The drone is equipped with a low-light camera and can optionally be upgraded with thermal sensors, enabling seamless detection even in absolute darkness.
What about bad weather?
The drone system is designed for outdoor use at temperatures from -20° to +50° Celsius and flies reliably in rain and wind speeds up to 25 km/h.
Is the drone legally allowed to fly?
Yes. As an authorized partner, we integrate a system approved by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA SORA). We handle all official permits for you.
Do I need a drone pilot's license?
No. You operate the system autonomously. We act as the operator or train a responsible person in your company.
Are the drones loud?
Thanks to state-of-the-art propeller technology, our drones are extremely quiet. At an altitude of 30 meters, they are barely audible from the ground.
How long does the installation take?
From order to first flight, it usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. On-site installation is usually completed within one day.
Can my alarm system be connected?
Absolutely. Via our open API and webhooks, alarms and live video streams (RTSP) can be seamlessly integrated into modern VMS systems and security centers.
